Southern Caviar was founded by Danni Rose, a Southern home cook, television personality, author and educator from Birmingham, Alabama. Her love of food began at ten years old and was shaped by family, hospitality and the comforting meals that bring people together.

Danni created Southern Caviar to bring the flavor and feeling of Sunday dinner into everyday kitchens. Each product is made to help home cooks create food that tastes rich, familiar and full of care without spending all day in the kitchen.
